Notes:

1. Economy*: Gym Without Cardio, Minimal Trainer Support, and Workout time is one hour per visit per day.

2. Premium**: Gym with Cardio, Extra Trainer Support, Workout time is two hours per visit twice a day, and one steam bath free per month.

3. School Students up to 10th class, Physically Challenged Persons, and sports and games athletes (state and national participation & prize required) will get Rs.500 discount on Economy and Premium regular monthly gym memberships.

4. Personal Training Fees: Include Gym Subscription Fees and Trainer Fees, so no extra membership fees are needed. The gym will assign a trainer for a PT client. One session means one hour of training with full-time trainer support, including a diet plan and workout plan to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

5. Gym Packages, Couple Packages, Family Packages, and Personal Training have no registration fees.
